Drunken Potatoes in the Oven with Beer

Ingredients

  • 800 gr potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 330 ml beer (1 can)
  • Dried or fresh oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C with air circulation.
  2. We will bake the potatoes with beer in the middle rack.
  3. Clean, wash the potatoes.
  4. Put them in a large baking dish, in one layer, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  5. Mix all the ingredients.
  6. Add the oregano and beer.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
  9. After 50 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for about 15 minutes, until they are golden brown and have their own oil.
